Propel Shaft

Dragline propel shaft, together with walking frame, walking cam and walking shoe are the most important parts for dragline walking mechanism.

Why Choose WALKSON Propel Shaft

This heavy machinery spare part is a particularly important component used on the dragline excavator. One end of the shaft is connected the walking cam of the dragline excavator, the other end is connected to the gear box of the dragline excavator. It is a key component in the dragline excavator walking mechanism.

The typical material is alloyed steel. The raw material will be heated, then be forged by 7000T press machine. After that proof machining will be conducted to remove the extra material. Then the forged part is quenched and tempered to the required property. At last, it will be fully machined as per the drawings.

Why Manifolds Are Essential for Efficient Reformer Heater Systems?
Reformer heater systems are the backbone of industries like petrochemicals, oil and gas, and direct reduction iron (DRI) production. These systems operate under extreme conditions, relying on high-performance components to ensure efficiency, durability, and safety. Among these critical components, manifolds—often crafted through high alloy centrifugal casting or nickel-based centrifugal casting—play a pivotal role.
