Roller

Boron steel is used to make the roller, induction hardened and stress relieved to increase robustness.

The roller shaft for undercarriage system is induction hardened, the surface finishing quality is strictly according the drawing, to resist at heavy radial and axial loads and in the meantime guarantee an adequate internal oil lubrication.

Why Choose WALKSON Roller

WALKSON is a professional undercarriage component supplier, focusing on providing high quality castings and forgings for mining industry such as our custom roll forging process. We can provide load and return rollers for optimal wear in all mining environment. The roller can have a forged one-piece CrMo steel roller shell.

The inclusion of high quality, spun cast manganese bronze bushes and NiCrMo grade axles offers superior wear and impact resistance. Component life expectancy is further enhanced by induction hardened wear surfaces.

Why Manifolds Are Essential for Efficient Reformer Heater Systems?
Reformer heater systems are the backbone of industries like petrochemicals, oil and gas, and direct reduction iron (DRI) production. These systems operate under extreme conditions, relying on high-performance components to ensure efficiency, durability, and safety. Among these critical components, manifolds—often crafted through high alloy centrifugal casting or nickel-based centrifugal casting—play a pivotal role.
