Quality assurance is at the heart of our operations. We employ a range of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods to verify the integrity of every component:

Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) for detecting surface and near-surface defects in ferromagnetic materials.
Penetrant Testing (PT) to find surface-breaking defects in both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
Ultrasonic Testing (UT) which uses high-frequency sound waves to detect internal flaws or to characterize materials.
Radiographic Testing (RT) for detailed inspection through X-ray or gamma rays, ensuring no internal defects go unnoticed.

Before any valve component leaves our facility, it is subjected to a rigorous hydro pressure test. This test confirms that the component can withstand the pressures it will encounter in real-world applications, guaranteeing safety and reliability.
